• Climate-controlled underground parking – This is truly a unique feature to North Shore vacation properties, and a luxury that will be appreciated during each stay. Don’t worry about warming up your vehicle or scraping ice during the winter, and your vehicle will be comfortably ready for your summer adventures!
• Spectacular swimming area – This stunning four-season swimming pool and large whirlpool will relax and invigorate you after a day of adventures. A large deck surrounds the outside of the pool area, and huge windows encase the entire pool area. A hot sauna also awaits you.
• Large Personal Storage locker - Each owner receives year-round ownership of a spacious personal storage locker for storing personal items such as clothing and recreation equipment between visits. The lockers are secure and will hold anything from coolers to life jackets, and snowshoes to ice skates.
• Fully-equipped exercise facility –This state-of-the-art, professionally-designed facility will include weight machines, cardiovascular equipment, and exercise balls to help you maintain your exercise program even while on vacation.
• Grand Lobby and Reception Area – Nothing says “Welcome back to your North Shore home” like this amazing entrance. Two towering 30’ wood burning stone fireplaces and expansive windows open to all three floors will welcome you and your guests; what a spectacular way to start off your vacation!

• Gooseberry Falls State Park Trail – This spectacular State Park trail runs from The Lodge At Gooseberry Falls property to Gooseberry Falls and down to Lake Superior. Enjoy nature at its finest along this trail as you make your way along 5 spectacular waterfalls to Lake Superior.
• Grocery shopping service – You’re on vacation! There’s no need to bring three weeks’ worth of groceries, carry them to your home, and unpack them. Simply fill out our grocery list prior to your arrival and we’ll do the shopping for you. We’ll have you stocked with supplies for sunny breakfasts, picnic lunches, romantic dinners, and snacks for in between. (This is an anticipated optional service.)
• Shuttle to local ski areas – During the winter, a shuttle will take skiers to local ski areas. (This is an anticipated optional service.)
