Schedule Description
The possession periods are divided into three-week blocks beginning on a Friday and ending three weeks later on a Thursday. Each owner will receive three weeks during each season. The nature of this system assures that the possession periods will vary each year. In this way, all owners will have equal access to the prime dates and holidays over a period of years.

All 38 homes will be on the same schedule. This allows friends, groups, and families to purchase separate homes and still be able to vacation at the same time. How fun!
